Forest House Market Garden
Growing fine tasting vegetables in Cornwall
Our quest for the best tasting varieties is a never-ending journey from the best of British heritage, to global inspiration and discovering exciting new varieties.
We combine traditional husbandry with modern practices, constantly evolving and searching for new techniques and varieties.
Set in the South West of England, on top of the hills in the warm and wet climate of South East Cornwall, on the edge of the old mining village of Herodsfoot is Forest House market garden.
The garden slopes to the south and is bounded by Cornish hedges, giving protection from the wind and creating a good growing microclimate.
We’ve lived and worked on Biodynamic farms and holdings for around thirty years and continue to use these principles in our growing today. It’s good to keep learning and improving so we’ve been busy doing lots of trials with growing techniques recently and If you’d like us to grow something special please drop us a line.
