A request came from on high to make yarrow ice cream. Not the first flavour that comes to mind perhaps, but it had to be worth trying.
One pot of double cream, half a tin on condensed milk, and a couple of yarrow florets chopped finely. Whipped together until soft peaks appeared and then dolloped into a tub and popped into the freezer for an hour or so.
Ridiculously simple to make and the result was surprisingly delicious.
