The hunter French beans are such a generous plant. The hunter French beans are such a generous plant. We first snaffle the tender baby beans, then continue to enjoy them whilst they grow full size, but still snappably delicious. Now I'm raiding the vines for the first of the fresh prodded beans and once we're sated, we'll leave the rest to mature and dry for the winter store cupboard and for next year's seed.
